¡Gracias! to everyone who helped pull together this amazing community event. Very special thanks to our partners, Galeria Mitotera, Nuestras raíces and Pima County Public Library, Make Way for Books, Pima County Health Department and Pima Animal Care Center.
We estimate that we had about 300 people come through and engage with our storytellers, Miss Liz and and Taylor; Mariachi Estrella Juvenil; Compañia de Danza Folklórico, Pima County Health, PACC, REFORMA-Tucson table, getting books from PCPL and Make Way for Books.
Shout out to DJ Tito Suavecito, who provided great music and sound for our programming and all the great vendors, including Novias Bakery AZ, Brujería Pupusería, Sin Fronteras Coffee, and Color Me Tru.
